Underwriters' Report is a 28-page weekly insurance publication published in
print and on the Web at uwreport.com.
But it wouldn't happen without MacPerl. Our 70 year old editor relies on MacPerl to convert scanned and emailed text into QuarkXPress tagged files that conform to our derivative of Associated Press style. And I rely on MacPerl to convert QXP tagged export files into HTML files for our Web site. I just drag and drop the exports onto the script and end up with HTML files with our headers, body, links, lists, tables, etc. all converted and ready for upload. Just a production staff of two. Not counting the camel.
